What is Phlix Hub?

Phlix Hub provides a cloud directory and reverse-tunnel relay that lets you reach your home servers from anywhere in the world. Sign in once, and all your registered servers become accessible — even behind NAT or firewall restrictions.

Two Ways to Use Hub

Deploy the public hub or run your own.

Public Hub

  • Zero setup required
  • Maintained by the Phlix team
  • Free to use
  • Best for individuals
  • Located at hub.phlix.io

Self-Hosted

  • Full control over your data
  • Deploy on your own infrastructure
  • Ideal for families or teams
  • Share across multiple households
  • Open source (BSD-3)

How It Works

1. Register Your Server

Add your Phlix server to your Hub account. The server establishes an outbound connection to the Hub.

2. Sign In Anywhere

Log into the Hub from any client. Your credentials are verified and a session is established.

3. Access Your Media

The Hub relays traffic between your client and your home server. No ports need to be opened.

Your privacy matters. Phlix Hub only relays encrypted connections — it never stores or inspects your media content. All traffic is end-to-end encrypted between clients and their home servers.

Ready to break free from port forwarding?

Download Phlix and enable Hub mode during setup.
